We are looking for an experienced Marketing Technologist or Marketing TPM in the Marketing Operations space to help build highly coordinated and efficient infrastructure that enables Zillow's marketing organization. As part of this role, you will integrate with and operate on various marketing systems and will be a key point person for data, infrastructure, activation and analytics for marketing initiatives and campaigns.About the role
This role will serve as a technical liaison between marketing, analytics, engineering and marketing vendor teams to bring all partners together toward a common goal. Play a key role in configuration, integration and operations of marketing systems including Marketing Analytics Platform to help with automating data ingestion pipelines, building taxonomy tools, datasets for end to end Marketing Campaign performance and reporting.
This role is a combination of hands-on-keyboards(Manage marketing systems integrations, data ingestion, and built ETLs to prepare analytics datasets) AND program management (work with various teams to align on roadmaps for collecting, testing and preparing both third party and own data).
Integral team member driving the marketing technology roadmap by participating in onboarding of new platforms from implementation, integration, execution, data and security compliance review and training user teams.
Drive the shift to an AI-native operating model by applying systems thinking to fundamentally change workflows, leveraging AI as a 'creator' and 'true coworker'.
Lead the investigation and implementation of AI-driven tooling and integrations (e.g., Meta Ads AI Connectors, LLM-powered agents, Databricks embedded prompts) to automate campaign setup, content generation, and operational execution for marketing initiatives.
Enable self-service data and conversational analytics by deploying AI/LLM agents to allow non-technical teams to query diverse data sources and surface campaign performance insights.
Build dashboards/reports needed by marketing teams using AI and Genie spaces.
Coordinating with other dev dependencies to align cross-tech team sprint schedules & release plans.
Documents and maintains standard/efficient processes, automating as much as possible.
Enable cross-team testing scenarios.

Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Analytics, Tech. Operations, Marketing Technologist role, shipping scalable platforms and services in marketing-related domains
You are experienced in SQL, Python (or other programming languages), Databricks/Tableau Dashboards and familiar with ETL tools and integration with Marketing systems.
You have hands-on experience in using AWS services like S3, Lambda, etc.
You have experience applying systems thinking to drive the shift to an AI-native operating model and fundamentally change workflows.
You are skilled in implementing AI-driven tooling and integrations.
You have experience enabling self-service and conversational analytics by deploying AI/LLM agents.
You champion fast experimentation cycles with AI capabilities to validate and translate new technical direction.
You gravitate toward the detail but can keep the big picture in focus.
You love data and all that it can power.
You take a highly analytical approach, using data to drive step-change results.
You have experience in a TPM tool like Wrike or JIRA.
You exhibit a collaborative working style with a solid focus on execution
You have the modesty to question assumptions, seek broad input, and validate iteratively.
You have operational excellence, clear communication and take ownership of your work.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or similar field preferred or equivalent experience
