The Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Customer Success Sales Coach is a leadership and SME coaching role responsible for driving direct sales and lead generation performance across Intuit's network of frontline guided setup (onboarding) experts. Sales Coaches deliver hands-on assistance, training, product updates, and coaching to frontline experts while executing a full range of daily, weekly, and monthly operating mechanisms โ including blitzes, team huddles, live call monitoring, incentive management, sales certifications, and WBR presentations. You hold no direct reports but carry the full weight of a sales leader โ setting the tone, driving execution, and connecting partner teams to Intuit's mission and strategy. You will have a team of up to 25 experts who you will coach to deliver on this strategy.
As the primary advocate of GBSGs Customer Success Sales Program, the Customer Success Sales Coach is expected to execute the sales playbook consistently, surface insights from playbook activities, and communicate results, highlights, and initiatives to frontline experts, Team Leads, and Partner Management. Sales Coaches are ultimately accountable for driving key in-year revenue performance metrics โ including Direct Sales Conversion, Lead Pass Rate, total leads and units, and Pitch Rate โ that determine the overall health and success of the program.

Preferred Background
- 2+ years in B2B or SaaS sales, with demonstrated experience in a channel or partner-led sales model
- Track record of leading or significantly influencing teams without direct reporting relationships
- Experience coaching and developing frontline customer success teams
- Familiarity with SMB, MM, and Enterprise customer needs and buying behaviors
- Strong data fluency โ able to read performance metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into action
- Prior experience with Intuit products (QuickBooks, Payroll, etc.) or fintech/accounting software is a plus

What You'll Do
Revenue Growth & Performance
- Own in-year revenue growth by deepening the sales acumen of the team you support, driving product attachment, and expanding Intuit's ecosystem of solutions across the team.
- Deliver against assigned success measures, quarterly stretch goals, and annual KPIs while identifying innovative approaches to accelerate growth more efficiently
- Drive revenue, productivity, and margin performance in line with Intuit's business objectives and long-term growth plans
Strategic Execution
- Translate business strategy into clear, actionable plans executed through your assigned customer success team
- Lead change management efforts by communicating context, building buy-in, and guiding teams through transitions with clarity and confidence
- Serve as Intuit's culture carrier โ modeling our values, shaping team environment, and holding a high bar for sales excellence
People Leadership & Development
- Coach, teach, and develop your team through deep expertise in channel sales and business acumen
- Provide structured team approach including coaching the team, Team Leads and peer leaders on effective coaching practices
- Build upon a team culture rooted in accountability, growth mindset, and continuous improvement
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between your team's outcomes and leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, execution priorities, and escalation paths
- Communicate performance, progress, challenges, and resource needs clearly and proactively to all relevant stakeholders

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $31.50 - $42.50, Colorado $30.00 - $40.50, Bay Area California $31.50 - $42.50, Southern California $31.50 - $42.50, Washington $31.50 - $42.50, Washington D.C. $30.00 - $40.50. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuitยฎ: Careers | Benefits).
